Our return period is 8 days. Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange the items you ordered. Cash on delivery packages without prior contact will not be accepted.

[Returns/Exchanges]

We will only replace defective or damaged items. When you receive the product, please be sure to check whether it is damaged or soiled and whether all accessories are included before use.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us within 8 days after receiving the item (long holidays will be considered). We will process the return or exchange it for a non-defective item.

If the instruction manual is lost, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
